Call Center Representative

Window Depot is hiring immediately for new Call Center representatives to help homeowners create
the home of their dreams. You will be using a detailed script, assessing homeowners interest and
getting them excited about their new window, siding, door or roofing replacement project. We are
offering full time positions for our evening shift, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Pay is $18 an hour and $20 a Demo.

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home & virtual consultations with qualified target prospects
• Handle all inbound inquiries, including calls, email, texts, and chat
• Responsible for making outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting
• Fill open time slots for appointment calendar
• Properly enter detailed notes for all calls and appointment activities into CRM
• Capable of conducting inbound /outbound calls with the ability to follow a from the script
• Able to conduct themselves professionally in a team setting with managerial guidance and/
or independently

• Experience in general carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical work
