Jones was very courteous and respected our time, our home and us. Initial consultation was very thorough and is only as long as you want it to be. Jon spent more time with us answering numerous questions we had along the way and helping us decide on best materials and colors to use for our current design in the bathroom. Since we requested financing options, that generally takes longer due to the paperwork involved. All in all, we had a great experience communicating our needs and desires to Jon with regards to our bathroom remodel and he listened. They did a great job on our windows. Fair price, great customer service, the install was performed by an experienced crew, and they addressed our concerns with lead. Our house was built in 1940 and still had the original windows which were covered in lead paint. We wanted new windows, but a lead safe install was a top priority. We received estimates from multiple companies and found that Window Depot was attentive to our needs and gave us confidence that they would safely remove the lead. Two days after we placed our order, we changed our mind on the window style. They accommodated the change and lowered the price to reflect the less expensive style. We ended up ordering the Provia Endure - Two Pane windows. We replaced a total of 12 windows. Windows arrived about two months after we placed our order. The crew that installed the windows was very experienced. The leader alone had been installing windows for about 40 years. They were very friendly, answered any questions we had, and left our house very clean. Overall, a very good experience. - 5/29/2024

She was friendly, helpful, and had good follow up. After a few communications, she said that they would be out to do the repair! Mark and Chris were here on time, asked a few questions and started working. Three hours later they were done. The repair looks better than I imagined. They were friendly and respectful of my property. I am 100% satisfied with my interactions with this company on helping me out of my repair issue.
